Wii Fit is a game that is used with the wii balance board. It doesn't just take stock of the pounds you've packed on. The board can tell where my feet are in a two dimensional grid using four sensors, and measure pressure within fractions of pounds, 60 times a second. The 50+ excercises take about 1-6 minutes each, and are spread across yoga, strength, aerobics and balance. Aim high to improve your BMI.
