Global Agenda is a graphically stunning massively multiplayer online action game - a hybrid shooter/RPG with persistent characters and gameplay - designed with the acclaimed Unreal 3 engine. Since its successful release on Steam in February 2010 the game has seen great results in both sales and continuing support by American developer Hi-Rez Studios. Global Agenda is a fast-paced, large-scale, action-packed experience set on future Earth where technology prevails in both human enhancements and the art of war. With an existing and evergrowing community, gamers enter a vibrant online world, filled with adrenaline-pumping Player vs.- Player and Player-vs.-Environment action, clan-based Agency-vs.-Agency play, four rich character classes, a wide range of weapons and supporting technology such as jetpacks, yet NO Elves. The boxed retail version released in Europe by Iceberg Interactive and Hi-Rez contains both the original game and the recently released content stack of the Sandstorm expansion. Although Global Agenda is an MMO, players do not have to pay for monthly subscriptions.

 When will I be charged?

Unless you are paying with PayPal or Google Checkout you will not be charged until your item is dispatched. All pre-orders are charged 2 - 4 days before disptach. This is to allow time for your item to be prepared and shipped well in advance of the release date. Our Payment Guide can be found here

When will my item arrive?

Please check the 'Delivered By' date on the item page. All 'In Stock' items are usually delivered Next Business Day. Pre-Orders are delivered on or before Release Date. The Release Date is set by the Manufacturer, and is subject to changes. Please check back on the item page for any changes.

Will I be notified when my item is sent?

You will receive an email notification from us. Please check your spam folder in case our email is there. You can also check the dispatch status of your order in the 'My Account' area, under 'Order History'. Your item will only appear there once it is dispatched.

My item has not arrived. Now what?

Your item may have been delayed by Royal Mail or our other Carriers. To ensure your item is not missing, please do the following before contacting us about a missing item:

• Check with neighbours in case your item has been left with them
• Check for any calling cards left by Royal Mail or Couriers
• Check at your Local Royal Mail Depot (Sorting Office) for returned items as 'Undeliverable'
• Allow 10 working days from date of dispatch.
