Shipping
We provide FREE UK Delivery on all software and on all peripherals. Your order should arrive within 1-3 working days of dispatch. Pre-Orders are dispatched for delivery on or before release date. We also provide a guaranteed 1 - 2 day delivery service via Couriers for our Consoles at no extra charge (subject to orders passing Fraud Check and Approval).
Once the goods have been delivered to you, you will hold them at your own risk and will be liable for their loss or destruction. We will not be liable for the loss or destruction of the goods once they have been delivered to you.
Overseas Shipping
We ship all our items, except consoles, to the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden, and USA.
All overseas orders are shipped by a 'Signed For' service.
Consoles are only shipped to UK Billing Addresses.
Overseas orders to European countries can take 3 - 14 days to arrive depending on the destination carrier.
Overseas orders to non-European countries can take up to 28 days to arrive depending on the destination carrier.
On average most overseas orders arrive within 7 days, however please allow for the full estimate above to elapse before contacting us about your order.
Lost Items
Before we can consider an item lost, we must wait 15 working days (three weeks) from the expected date of arrival (40 working days for overseas orders). This is according to Royal Mails Terms & Conditions which can be found here.
Should your item not arrive within 15 working days (or 40 working days for overseas orders), we will send you a Lost Item Form to fill in and send back to us.
Once your form is received, we will issue you a full refund or replacement (in line with which you have chosen). You must fill in and sign the Lost Item Form for us to accept your refund or replacement.
Returns Policy
Before returning an item you must obtain a returns authorisation from us by contactting us here. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return which does not include a returns authorisation number.
We will authorise the return of an item in the following cases:
Faulty or damaged item
You may return any item that was faulty or damaged when received for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item, which can take up to 10 working days. In these cases we will also refund the return postage.
Duplicate or incorrect item
You may return any duplicate or incorrect item sent to you as a result of our error for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item, which can take up to 10 working days. In these cases we will also refund the return postage.
Unwanted item
You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item
Testing of Items
We test every item returned. If a returned item is found not to be faulty we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage. This will not exceed £2.00 for video games software. Postage costs for Hardware and Peripherals will depend on the item and will not exceed £8.
We advise you to check any video game on a second machine, when possible, and to check any gadget and its instructions carefully before returning it. We will not refund postage for items found to be in good working order. All our Video Games Software and Hardware is UK PAL and we are not responsible for incompatibilities caused by non-UK hardware, out of date Firmware, or hardware that has been modified outside of the manufacturers specifications. It is your responsibility to make sure that your hardware is up to date and compatible with video games software purchased from us.
Clothing
All clothing items can be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit or exchange, or a refund.
Postage costs are non-refundable, unless your clothing item is faulty.
To return a clothing item the following criteria must be met:
When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing aftershave/perfume or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item(s). We will be unable to accept the return of any item(s) where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed, or where the item(s) have been soiled in any way. The item(s) must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
We reserve the right to reject any clothing item that has clearly been worn and is not a re-saleable condition. Should an item arrive back to us worn, we will levy a postage charge to return the item to you.
We strongly recommend that you use an insured means of return post when sending items back to us.
