Adverse Weather Delivery Information

As you may be aware, many deliveries within the UK are experiencing difficulties due the adverse weather conditions. Please see our Frequently Asked Questions below as well as an update on the current despatch status of Game Gears.

Despatch Status

Bulky Items requiring courier deliveries or ParcelForce: Courier Collections on 20th December are scheduled from Game Gears. Most services will run normally however please allow a further 2 days for delivery, as some couriers are expected to be clearing a large backlog of consignments.

Standard Small items: Collections from Game Gears scheduled as normal by Royal Mail. Some items may be delayed depending on the weather conditions of your area.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do you class a 'Bulky Item'?

Items such as a Steering Wheel, or a Rock Band Drum Kit is a bulky item. Also all items with a value over £70 are usually shipped with bulky items.

Will I receive my non-bulky item in time?

Should  the weather conditions in your area be heavily affected, Royal Mail may delay the delivery of your item by 1 - 3 days.

I am ordering from overseas. Will my order arrive on time?

Some delays are also expected for overseas orders as some airports have been also affected.

How can I get an update on the despatch status of my item?

You will receive an email notification when your item is despatched. If you have registered with us at the tiem of purchase you can also view the status of your item in 'My Account History' (requires login to your account).
