Nintendogs & Cats uses the built-in Nintendo 3DS camera and facial recognition technology to enable your puppies and kittens to react to your real-life movements, mimicking your head tilts and jumping up to lick you as you lean in.

• More than 20 breeds to choose from: Each puppy and kitten has unique coloring and personality possibilities. Breed choice depends on game version. These include French Bulldog, Toy Poodle and Golden Retriever
• Puppies and kittens come to life: Puppies and kittens look fluffier, softer and more expressive than ever in 3D. Adorably life-like puppies and kittens react to your touch and your voice using the built-in camera, touch screen and microphone. The facial-recognition technologies on the Nintendo 3DS even let puppies recognize their owners. You can take pictures of your puppies and kittens by simply tapping the camera
• Share your experience with friends and other players: Exchange your Mii characters, puppies and kittens, and presents with other nearby players over a wireless connection (StreetPass). Seamlessly hop online and download new game content such as new Mii characters and items such as pet accessories (SpotPass)
• Play with your puppies and kittens in your world: With the Nintendo 3DS augmented-reality feature, you can watch your puppy play on your dining room table or sit in the palm of your hand. You will be able to walk with your puppy and have your steps counted by the built-in pedometer on the Nintendo 3DS system when you have the game inserted and in sleep mode. The Journal feature will keep track of your daily activities in the game. You can view other players you've encountered with StreetPass, view your pedometer data, etc

When will I be charged?

Unless you are paying with PayPal or Google Checkout you will not be charged until your item is dispatched. All pre-orders are charged 2 - 4 days before disptach. This is to allow time for your item to be prepared and shipped well in advance of the release date. Our Payment Guide can be found here

Will I be notified when my item is sent?

You will receive an email notification from us. Please check your spam folder in case our email is there. You can also check the dispatch status of your order in the 'My Account' area, under 'Order History'. Your item will only appear there once it is dispatched.

My item has not arrived. Now what?

Your item may have been delayed by Royal Mail or our other Carriers. To ensure your item is not missing, please do the following before contacting us about a missing item:

• Check with neighbours in case your item has been left with them
• Check for any calling cards left by Royal Mail or Couriers
• Check at your Local Royal Mail Depot (Sorting Office) for returned items as 'Undeliverable'
• Allow 10 working days from date of dispatch.
